Shipping

Shipping is always free for purchases over € 90.

For orders under € 90, we offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  1. Pickup at Poste Italiane location: the package is typically delivered to the pickup point within 1-2 business days after the order is handed over to the courier, except for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, and remote areas where delivery may take an extra day. The shipping cost to the pickup point is:
    - € 3,90 nationwide
    During checkout, the customer can choose delivery to a pickup point by selecting it from a map or list. Once chosen, details such as hours, address, and price are displayed. When the order arrives at the pickup point, the customer receives an SMS or email. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor notifications received via email or SMS to know when the package is ready for pickup. Poste Italiane holds packages at the pickup point for a maximum of 7 working days, after which they are returned to the sender.

  2. Standard Shipping: delivery is typically made within 4-5 business days from the time the order is handed over to the courier, except for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, and remote areas where delivery may require an additional day. The cost of standard shipping is:
    - €4,90 for all regions in Italy (excluding Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia).
    - €5,90 for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia.

  3. Express Shipping: delivery is typically made within 1-2 business days from the time the order is handed over to the courier, except for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, and remote areas where delivery may require an additional day. The cost of express shipping is:
    - €5,90 for all regions in Italy (excluding Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia).
    - €6,90 for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that changes cannot be made to the shipping address once the purchase has been completed.

Orders are processed in 1-2 working days from the date of their receipt in our system. Please keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical problems, adverse weather conditions or the inability to access the indicated address. Deasai is not responsible for any delays due to the courier for operational reasons or causes of force majeure beyond the control of Deasai. From Monday to Friday, the products are delivered by designated courier during office hours. During weekends and national holidays, shipments and deliveries are not made. During sales or promotion periods, shipments may take longer.

We recommend that you always choose an address where someone can collect you. Please also indicate the name of the contact person if you prefer to receive your order at a concierge or in the office. It is recommended to constantly monitor the shipping status using the tracking code that will be sent via email when the package is shipped. This code allows you to check the status of the order at any time. For each delivery order the customer is required to indicate a telephone number (preferably mobile) to allow the express courier to contact him in the event of delivery difficulties. We invite you, upon receiving the products, to check the integrity of the packaging and the product. If you detect the presence of significant deformations, do not accept the delivery and have the courier note the detected deformation.
